  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days if the return meets our eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved rings, bespoke designs, etc.).

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
