1. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
METEORSORA reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods for safe transactions.
Payments must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be confirmed, and the customer will need to use an alternative payment method.
2. Order Processing & Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative product or a full refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery
METEORSORA offers domestic and international shipping with reliable carriers.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes for international orders.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After the 24-hour window, orders cannot be changed, as processing will have begun.
If an order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
5. Product Availability & Custom Orders
Some rings are made-to-order and may require additional processing time.
METEORSORA offers custom-designed rings, but these are non-returnable and require a 50% upfront deposit before production begins.
If a product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify customers promptly and provide alternative options or refunds.
6. Warranty & Quality Guarantee
All METEORSORA rings come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
Customers must provide proof of purchase to claim warranty services.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and documentation.
Custom or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
8. Fraud Prevention & Security
METEORSORA employs secure encryption technology (SSL) to protect payment information.
Orders flagged for suspicious activity may be subject to verification checks before processing.
